This page states the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") under which You may use AdMonsters LLC's ("AdMonsters") web site services such as job listings, discussion forums, email newsletters, etc. (the "Services"). By clicking "Submit" below and by using AdMonsters' products and services, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
AdMonsters reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a change, the amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on the relevant web sites, and we will update the effective date of these Terms and Conditions to reflect the date of the amendment. You should log in to the user account you will be asked to create periodically to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services after we post any revised Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms and Conditions. The terms "You," "User" and "Users" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities using AdMonsters Services.
AdMonsters, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on www.admonsters.com. AdMonsters may collect information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Prior to using certain Services, you will be asked to create a user account ("User Account") by choosing a password and providing AdMonsters certain information including, among other things, your name, telephone number, and a valid email address (your "Information"). AdMonsters reserves the right to disallow use of a user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. AdMonsters will not disclose your Information to any third party, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant, or for the purposes of delivering Services that you have requested by way of your use of the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account. You shall be responsible for all uses of your User Account and password, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify AdMonsters of any unauthorized use of your User Account.
When you create a User Account, you will be asked whether you wish to receive email communication from AdMonsters. If you indicate YES, we will record your email opt-in status as YES once you confirm your user account. This email opt-in status will apply for all email communications with AdMonsters, including administration, marketing, event planning, email discussion lists, and other uses as described on the site. You can view and change your opt-in status at any time from your User Profile on the site. Your email address will not be shared or sold to third parties.
Third Party Cookies
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze user movement.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, AdMonsters may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
In the event AdMonsters goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

Job Listings Policies
The job posting features of AdMonsters' email newsletters and web sites may be used only for lawful purposes by companies seeking employees. Job Listings are valid for a duration specified selected at the time of purchase. You may only advertise one job opening per job listing. Job listings attempting to advertise multiple job openings will be removed at our discretion. You may not edit the job title after you submit a Job Listing, so always double-check this information before submitting your listing. You may, however, edit the job description field after the Job Listing has been published. You may include only safe HTML code in the Job description field. AdMonsters' job posting technology will delete unsafe HTML code from any Job Listing containing such code.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You represent that you have the authority to post the Job Listing on behalf of the advertiser represented in the Job Listing, and that all information in the Job Listing is accurate and complete. You agree not to do any of the following: post or submit any incomplete, false or inaccurate information; post obscene, discriminating, libelous, defamatory, sexually explicit, misleading or false information, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy AdMonsters' products and services; or delete or revise any Job Listings content posted by any other person or entity. AdMonsters reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to delete any Job Listing that comes to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. In addition, You may not use our Job Listings Services to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of these Terms and Conditions. AdMonsters reserves the right to edit and delete, in whole or in part, Job Listings posted by You at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice to you or recourse to AdMonsters, its association partners or its affiliates.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also grant AdMonsters the license to use, reproduce and communicate to the public and display the name of your organization and your status as a contributor of Job Listings content to AdMonsters. In addition, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions authorizes AdMonsters to contact You via phone or email to gather feedback on your usage of and satisfaction with AdMonsters' Job Listing Services. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions also authorizes AdMonsters to send You email or other correspondence including, without limitation, emails that (i) relate to the status of your User Account (e.g., notices that inform you of changes to these Terms and Conditions or to of a service interruption on the sites), (ii) solicit your feedback on our Job Listings Services, or (iii) inform you about new products and services that relate to the Job Listings Services. AdMonsters reserves the right to prohibit You from using AdMonsters' Job Listing Services for any reason.
AdMonsters, its association partners and affiliates assume no liability or responsibility for the content submitted by the Users of AdMonsters' Job Listing Services. Users of AdMonsters' Job Listing Services retain sole responsibility for the content of Job Listings and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards relating to the posting of such Job Listings. AdMonsters is not a placement agency or recruiting firm and does not guarantee that jobs posted will result in candidates being contacted or hired or jobs filled.
User Generated Content such as Forums and Comments
The focus of this forum is on Online Ad Operations and Technology. General advertising and marketing topics are best discussed elsewhere. We understand that many people join the group to promote their businesses and/or services. Our review process is to look at posts that add to the discussion or poise a question of interest to Ad Operations Professionals. Posts that don't meet our criteria will be deleted.
No posts just for self-promotion and marketing. No posts with no abusive or inappropriate language. Please be respectful of the opinions of other group members.
AdMonsters reserves the right to remove user submitted content for any reason. AdMonsters may appoint non-employees to moderate the forums and they will also have the right to remove posts and comments at their discretion. If your post has been removed, it cannot be restored.
Content submitted by users does not in any way reflect or express the opinion of AdMonsters.

AdMonsters, its association partners and affiliates assume no liability or responsibility for the content submitted by the Users of AdMonsters' Services.
