Today, AdExchanger and AdMonsters unveil the 2025 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Honorees. It’s a powerhouse list of leaders who are scaling businesses, developing breakthrough technologies, mentoring the next wave of talent, and creating space for more inclusive innovation.
This year’s celebration hits NYC on June 5 at The Lighthouse on Pier 61.
Honorees past and present will gather for an evening of recognition, reflection, and honest conversation.
Two honorees will also receive special recognition:

Angelina Eng, VP of Measurement, Addressability & Data Center at IAB, is this year’s Industry Impact Honoree. With a career spanning 30 years, she’s played a pivotal role in setting the standards for how we measure and optimize in this space.

Jen Wong, Chief Operating Officer at Reddit, is the 2025 Catalyst Award Honoree. Since joining Reddit in 2018, Jen has played a key role in transforming the company into a billion-dollar business by scaling operations, diversifying revenue streams, and expanding its global advertising footprint. She also led the company through its successful IPO in March 2024.
