Course Description
Online ad operations is a highly complex and technical field, with a company’s operations typically involving many interconnected systems, both proprietary and third-party, running at very high volumes. Successfully implementing technical projects to enhance the ad operations platform is a true challenge, even for experienced managers with significant technical experience — and many ad operations managers do not have that experience, which is more commonly found in software development and engineering groups.
This course focuses on applying best practices from the broader world of technical project management and software development to the specific requirements of ad operations managers and their projects. You’ll come away with a toolbox full of real-world methods that you can use immediately to improve the chances of success of your technical projects.
Who should attend?:
This course is designed for ad operations managers and directors with 2-7 years of on-the-job experience
