Course Description

Dart for Publishers (DFP) is one of the most powerful and multi-faceted ad servers on the market today. This training session will provide a comprehensive and detailed overview of the capabilities offered by DFP and provide the information on how to traffic ads and serve campaigns more efficiently through the application.

We will start with the administration tab where we will create contacts, agencies,
advertisers and user/user groups.
Then we’ll view the Network tab where you can set all the network properties like exclusions, tile categories, promotional ads, paying ads, over delivering option, advertising credit checks, and so on.
Next, we will go through all the steps to create an order, create different line items in the order with different ad types, target different sites, use geo-targeting, and assign creatives to your line items, including third party ads and home hosted ads. We will also show you how to pull different types of reports so you can send those reports to finance or the optimizing group.

Finally, we will end the class by discussing how tags are connected to your line items. This will help you understand why your campaign may not be serving or reaching the impressions booked.
