Workshop: Working Better with Sales

Ad Operations departments and Sales departments have the same goals: generate revenue. Both departments, however, have different approaches on how that should be done. This session will help Ad Operations members understand what Sales is trying to do and help them understand the skills they need to help both Ad Operations and Sales succeed.
