Sponsor Speed Dating

The Speed Dating Reception will be held Monday, June 9, starting at 6:00pm. All publisher and sponsor delegates will be in attendance – about 70 publisher attendees and about 35 sponsor attendees in total. This is an informal networking reception providing the opportunity both for socializing and for in-depth discussions with technology vendors. All publisher and sponsor delegates will be in attendance. Please respect your sponsors’ time and arrive promptly for the Speed Dating reception.

To encourage everyone to circulate amongst as many sponsors as possible, each of you will be given a “Conference Passport” printed with all of the sponsor company logos. You will receive a sticker from each sponsor you visit with to apply to the card. Collect 12 sponsor stamps and enter the prize drawing at dinner after the reception.
