Platform to Platform, Channel to Channel: Streamlining Order Management and Operations

Already hopelessly divided between broadcast and digital, media order management woes have multiplied on new channels, with and programmatic trading increases in deployment. Meeting the challenge head on, Pandora built a flexible cross-channel order management system, one that speaks both the language of broadcast and digital media while rigidly organizing programmatic channels. Then they took the next step and integrated the system with major buying platforms Mediaocean and Strata. Pandora’s Joanna Bloor will examine the development and strategy that went into Pandora’s accomplishments with its Slingshot system as a prime (and advanced) example of how pubs are approaching making their order management systems more efficient while the options grow more complex.
