Fighting the Commoditization of Display

Summary: As Ad Operations Leaders, we have a front row seat to the drop in CPMs. There are multiple causes for lower CPMs (excess inventory, networks, performance, etc.) and there are things publishers can do (network management, innovative ad units, etc.). This presentation will discuss ways of approaching these problems and solutions from an Ad Ops perspective.
