Graham Mosley graduated from Yale University in Mechanical Engineering and began his career at Thomas Publishing in 2001, managing the production of CAD (Computer Aided Design)engineering software for manufacturing.  He was responsible for re- inventing core product and launching the offering to a SAS based web-only architecture that led to increasing scale and profitability.

In 2003, Graham followed the evolving online advertising industry managing business development at WhenU, the premiere contextual advertising firm.  This led to various roles spearheading initiatives such as municipal WiFi, behavioral targeting, and developing technologies to maximize the value of publishers inventory while protecting users privacy.  He has worked closely with service providers, mobile carriers and security firms, such as McAfee, Symantec and Kaspersky.  Graham has been member of the NAI( Network Advertising Initiative) and currently sits on the MMA Privacy committee.

In 2009, Graham began as the first dedicated employee at Mocean Mobile bringing his extensive experience in online advertising and services. Today Graham is VP, Platform Solutions and leads strategic sales with clients such as Microsoft, Skype, MSNBC, NBC Universal, RIM and works closely with product marketing and development.
