This session will outline how ad operations teams at The Guardian are helping drive change within their company.

 

About the Speakers

Gina Cox, Jobs Ad Ops Team Leader, Guardian

 

Gina Cox is the Guardian's Jobs Ad Ops Team Leader, starting her career 29 years ago as a traffic coordinator at the Guardian Gina exhibits a wealth of experience and understanding of the field. Gina supported the introduction of new technologies and regularly adding new networks and sections to accommodate the growing industry and maintain the Guardian's leading position in the market. 

The Guardian Ad Ops Team  received a special mention in the AdMonsters category of Ad Ops team of the year in the AOP Awards 2011. 

 

 

Danny Doyle, Commercial Ad Operations Team Leader, Guardian

 

Danny has worked on the Digital side at the Guardian for the past 12 years, from an Online Validator to the current position of Commercial Ad Ops Team Leader managing a team of 6 executives. Danny also work with external departments and technology providers on new initiatives, earning a reputation for excellent delivery and operational reliability. Danny was key to the migration of 2 Ad systems, Netgravity to DART Enterprise and DART Enterprise to OAS 24/7 Real media and is involved in numerous other revenue generating projects.

The Guardian Ad Ops Team received a special mention in the AdMonsters category of Ad Ops team of the year in the AOP Awards 2011.
