Mark will use the case study of how he worked to change the billing process in an attempt to create efficiency in his organization.

Mark Verone is a marketing and sales operations leader who has applied his skill-set to online travel, interactive, and traditional media.  Mark has over fifteen years of professional marketing operations management experience including client service, sales and advertising operations.  His organized approach to maximizing available resources has led to increased revenue development.

As Director of Partner Marketing Operations for Orbitz Worldwide, Mark is responsible for a team that manages the execution of online advertising campaigns on Orbitz.com, Cheaptickets.com, eBookers.com, Trip.com, HotelClub.com, and The Away.com Network.
