Richard is Head of Advertising Operations at Hearst Magazines looking after digital properties including elleUK, SugarScape, Digital Spy, red Online, Psychologies and Doc Tissimo. Rich started in digital way back in 2001 at one.tel and has since helped set up and managed ad ops teams around the world – including Global Radio and Auto Trader in London as well as leading the ad ops team for the Abu Dhabi media company in Dubai.
