Topic: The evolution of Multi-screen Ad Ops

With the rise of platforms and the introduction of new trading models, Ad Ops needs to be prepared to embrace new technologies and workflows to deliver that all important ‘gold standard’ service in a multi screen environment. This session will discuss how to manage the changing relationship with sales, customers and other third parties and structuring the department for the future.

Jenny Thomson, Ad Operations Director for Virgin Media has been working in the advertising industry for over twelve years.  She has held various senior positions both in Broadcast TV and Online including: ntl, Telewest, ids/Flextech and Real Media 24/7. 

Jenny is now leading the VMDS Ad Ops team in a multi platform environment, transitioning from Interactive Digital Sales following its closure at the end of 2010.

With multi platform ad-serving skills, Jenny is well placed to share her experiences on the challenges faced within an evolving ad ops world.  She would love to share her thoughts on how ad ops teams structure themselves to face those challenges yet to come as we grow in the diverse advertising market.
