Ali C. Mirian is the VP of Product & Technology for the Advertising division of IAC.  In his role, Ali is in charge of IAC’s audience targeting efforts, exchange strategy, and ad technologies.  Ali led the growth of the IAC Network which was launched in July 2008 from a need to develop a corporate-wide user data strategy.

Prior to joining IAC, Ali spent 10 years at WPP’s digital marketing company 24/7 Real Media.  As global product director for the media and technology divisions, he was primarily responsible for rolling out new innovations for the company’s flagship ad serving product Open AdStream, ad network products, and mobile. In 2003, Mr. Mirian led the launch of the industry’s first large scale behavioral targeting network at 24/7.   Ali came to 24/7 Real Media in November 1999, working as the director of yield and optimization within the company’s ad network businesses.

Ali is also founder of, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing online marketing services to small/medium size charities. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Marketing.
