Ad Ops Escalation Procedures
I'm hoping that you can provide me with (links to, references to etc.) an escalation procedure as a basis for developing my own. I'm looking for technical issue resolution procedures (for mobile apps in particular), but would appreciate any guidance you can offer. We have several departments to consider and just need a foundation to build on.
I understand that you may not want them accessible to everyone, so I would be agreeable to any confidentiality measures you wish to take. Any reference, links or advice would be greatly appreciated.
