How Programmatic Stacks Up

3:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Finally, the hype has proven right – programmatic is starting to drive serious revenue for publishers, but implementation and execution still have their hiccoughs. Taking programmatic to the next level requires publishers to get their stacks in order – namely, through a unified stack strategy. How do you optimize your programmatic stack to deliver the most value for your inventory, even the inventory you already highly value?

During this Meetup, publishers will discuss all the elements of stack strategy: arrangement of the various tools; optimizing and experimenting with multiple demand sources; allowing channels (such as direct sold and private exchanges) compete; and more. In addition, they’ll opine on best practices regarding team roles and structure; sales approach; and relationship with the larger revenue operations division.
AdMonsters Holiday Party: After the Meetup, join AdMonsters for a few drinks to ring in the holidays. The festivities kick at 6:30 p.m. RSVP on Facebook to join us. And, stay tuned for the location.

FAQ

What’s a Meetup?

A Meetup is an informal gathering where digital revenue strategists can network with their peers and join a moderated discussion on a pertinent ad tech topic – consider it a mini-AdMonsters event that's free to attend. Learn how companies like yours are working through challenges and driving revenue while connecting with industry folks you already know or are just meeting. (Who knows? You may find a new bestie!)

Who can come? If you work for a publisher or agency, you can – and should – join us! Certain service providers may also join depending on topics, sponsors and locations. AdMonsters will vet registration to make sure the audience is mainly pubs and agencies. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know you're in.

Sounds great. How do I RSVP? Click the "Register Now" button at the top of the page. We'll notify you if you've been approved to attend!
