AdMonsters & IAB UK Members to discuss challenges and opportunities of online trading systems

Register for the event
Over the last 6 – 12 months, a number of ‘buy-side’ trading systems have emerged in the UK market. These include Adazzle, I-level’s MediaGenie, IMD’s Legato, and Mediatel’s DELTA. While these system present a positive step away from the tedium of faxing, emailing, and otherwise manually managing the online order process, they introduce some new challenges into publisher work flow.

This event will offer the opportunity to get stakeholders around the table to discuss the issues and identify key next steps. We all agree that in order to scale online advertising we need better workflow. Let’s get together and figure how to do this.

About the Technical Forums

AdMonsters technical forums offer an opportunity for our members to collaborate on a specific area of online advertising operations by performing a ‘deep dive’ around the various aspects, challenges, and opportunities offered by a particular piece of technology. The sessions and workshops will be led by the attending members–those who face these issues day in and day out–and will focus on defining real life solutions to the immediate challenges faced in day to day operations. These forums are directly driven by member demand and reflect the current state of the industry. They offer an unparalleled opportunity for ad operations leaders to work together to find solutions that will help drive the industry forward.

Agenda

The session will run from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on .

The majority of the agenda will be composed of agency/publisher workgroups whose task will be to collaborate on solutions to the agency/publisher workflow issues and prioritize the key challenges the current trading system offerings present. We hope to have a list of action items to take to the vendors to improve their systems and to have each side better understand what the other’s issues are.

Further details on the agenda will become available as we approach the dates of the conference.
