Axis at One Aldwych restaurant in London’s West End is a prime example of a restaurant that just oozes glamour.
Tony Fleming, the Executive Chef, has created a fantastic menu inspired by the best seasonal ingredients. Both traditional and innovative dishes are found side-by-side on Fleming’s menu, like smoked haddock and crab fishcake alongside roasted wood pigeon with asparagus and Madeira sauce.
