Since 1999, AdMonsters has been bringing together leaders in online advertising operations and technology to explore, discuss, identify, and address the biggest challenges facing the online advertising industry. AdMonsters is the only professional association exclusively dedicated to online advertising operations and technology. Each AdMonsters participant is carefully vetted to ensure that their role is primarily focused on advertising operations and/or technology – no sales, marketing, editorial, or other areas are permitted – and that they represent a senior role within their organization.

AdMonsters provides a unique opportunity for our sponsors to engage with both prospective clients and those who use their products and services day in and day out. The majority of member attendees are decision makers within their organizations and all of them understand the need for top-notch providers. Sponsoring an AdMonsters event is your chance to discuss new and upcoming products and features, as well as to gather input from an experienced group of industry veterans.

At AdMonsters, there is no trade-show floor, and no booth to man all day; what you get is personal introductions directly to those whose influence is critical in the vendor selection process.

Sponsorship at the highest levels – Platinum, Ruby, and Gold – offers a chance to get in front of the entire group and lead sessions that can demonstrate your organization's role as a thought leader and forward thinker in the online ad operations space. All levels will get plenty of time to socialize, network, and converse with all of the attendees. At other events you can waste a lot of time sitting at a booth, trading business cards, and hoping a good lead or valuable customer happens to drop by. At AdMonsters all attendees are solid leads or valuable customers and we work to ensure that you are able to spend time with the individuals that mean the most to you and your business.

Publisher Forum

AdMonsters Publisher Forum was our first event, and remains our flagship offering. In the U.S. one hundred of the most senior leaders in ad operations and technology at online publishers gather three days of in-depth peer-to-peer discussions, focused on actionable solutions to cutting edge challenges and defining industry best practices. Example topics include ad serving, behavioral targeting, inventory management, organizational structure, business process automation, ad operations policies, rich media, video ad serving, mobile, and other specific technology case studies.

To maximize the value of publisher attendee interaction, the majority of the agenda is open to members only and is closed to sponsors.

Sponsor involvement typically begins with a ?speed dating? reception and dinner on Monday evening. Tuesday morning, our top-tier sponsors rejoin the group to lead workshops and breakouts with the members. All sponsors are invited to join the member attendees for breakfast on Tuesday morning and the AdMonsters CEO luncheon on Tuesday.

Attendance for these bi-annual events is capped at 100 members in the US. In Europe, our spring Publisher Forum continues to grow rapidly. The most recent spring event had 60 members and our autumn Publisher Forum will have between 35 - 40 members. These numbers will continue to grow in 2009 and beyond.
