We’ve Got You Covered!  Your health and safety are our #1 priority. Here are some of the safety measures you can expect throughout the event.

• Masks will be provided for any attendee who wants one – unvaccinated attendees must wear masks indoors during the conference.
• High Traffic Areas such as handrails, escalators, door knobs, elevator buttons, etc) will be disinfected by the venue staff frequently
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event
• Food and beverage functions will employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service options – all meals will be outdoors
• All air filters have been upgraded to MERV 11
• The Conference Center and main building common areas will have 100% cycling of air from outside
• Where possible, all rooms will have open windows
• The Grand Hyatt Vail hotel is both GBAC Certified and 5 Star Certified specific to Eagle County following strict guidelines for enhanced cleaning, disinfection and disease prevention.
• Capacity will be determined by current county capacity guidelines
