What is the dress code?
Business-tech attire, though please bring a sweater or jacket as the session rooms tend to be cold.
Where can I book a hotel room?
There are plenty of nearby hotels to the event venue, the Metrpolitan Pavilion. Please see the hotel page on their venue website for more info.
How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
See our conference ticket pricing. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages/snacks, post-event reception, an event passport, and access to most speaker videos/presentations.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (AMEX, Visa, MC) and check (must be received 10 days prior to the event) via our online registration. Register here.
What if I have a discount code?
Discount codes must be applied when you register. Only one discount code can be honored per transaction. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to a registration that has already been processed.
I’m part of the media. How can I get a press pass?
Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Most attendees of our event are from large media organizations. There are very few spots available for media passes; these are reserved specifically for technology b2b journalists, and due to the high volume of requests, only those chosen to attend will be notified.
I registered for Ops, but my registration was denied. Why?
AdMonsters events are open to online media publishing companies, advertising agencies and brands. We review all registration requests for our events and vet potential participants to keep the content and discussion relevant and specific for all participants and to ensure the highest possible quality of the AdMonsters community at each event.
If you are not an online media publishing company, advertising agency or brand and still want to attend the AdMonsters event, please contact our sales team for sponsorship opportunities.
I am registered, but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
All fees are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted. If substituting your registration, please either login to registration or forward the information to email@example.com. Non-payment or non-attendance due to natural disaster or any other reason does not constitute cancellation or refund. If for any reason Access Intelligence/AdMonsters decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence/AdMonsters is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the attendees. Note: All payments must be received before entering the event.
I have a question about Ops that I did not find here. What should I do?
