Formula for Ad Operations resources required?
Hey All - does anyone use any type of formula to calculate how many Ad Operations folks are needed? For example you need X number of Ad Traffickers for every X number of Sales Reps? I'm trying to come up with a formula to make sure I allocate my staff properly. Any help you can provide would be great.
