Changing from an adserver to a link tracker

Hi Everyone

My predecessor in my company has been using adserver technology (MediaMind) in order to track our advertising. This is fair enough, but our current business model is that nothing is ad-served i.e. all standard banner ads are manually emailed to the respective media. As such all he would be doing is using tracking links and impression tags.

I have found a variety of services that solely specialize in this. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these companies:

Their rates for just link tracking/impression tracking seem far better and their data quality (geographical, live tracking, custom reports, etc) seem far better than MediaMind. All-in-all I haven't had a great experience with MediaMind, but that may just be because I'm not using the platform to its full potential...
