The Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards recognize, celebrate, inspire and bring together the women who are making an impact in the greater digital media and advertising technology community. On June 3, 2024, AdExchanger and AdMonsters will present awards to the 2024 Top Women in Media and Ad Tech Honorees at the always fun and inspiring Top Women Awards Gala in New York City.
Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan is a Senior Director of Product Management at Snowflake, leading the product vision and strategy for Snowflake Data Clean Rooms. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Samooha, a data collaboration company that was acquired by Snowflake in 2023. A repeat founder, her previous company Drawbridge was acquired by LinkedIn in 2019 where she led the integration and identity charter for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions until 2021. Prior to founding Drawbridge, Kamakshi was a Senior Research Scientist at AdMob, which was acquired by Google in 2010. She serves on the Board of Overseers at Boston University and has served on the Board of Directors at iHeartMedia since 2018. She received her Ph.D. in Information Theory and Algorithms from Stanford University.
As Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President for The Trade Desk, Samantha Jacobson manages strategic investments and cross-functional initiatives to reinforce TTD’s position as an industry leader. She joined The Trade Desk’s Board of Directors in 2024. Samantha joined The Trade Desk after six years at Oracle where she managed the global business development and strategy team. Prior to Oracle, Samantha was at Datalogix where she crafted partnerships with industry giants like Twitter, Pinterest, Microsoft, Google, and Apple. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Management and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, reading and scuba diving with her husband Phil and their five children.

✅ IF I WIN, DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT ON JUNE 3 TO ACCEPT MY AWARD?
It’s encouraged for honorees to attend the Top Women Awards Gala on June 3, 2024 in NYC, but not required. We understand not everyone’s schedule or geography allows for it.
🎟️ DO HONOREES NEED TO BUY A TICKET TO THE AWARDS GALA?
Yes. Honorees receive a generous discount on their tickets. Many honorees bring colleagues, partners and family to celebrate with them, and discounted tables of ten are available as well. It’s a night to remember!
🎤 WILL I ACCEPT MY AWARD ON STAGE? DO I HAVE TO SPEAK?
Yes. All honorees present are called to the stage to accept their award. Each honoree is invited to say a brief 30-second remark from a specific prompt we’ll give you in advance. This helps keep the remarks interesting!
👉 CAN SOMEONE ELSE ACCEPT MY AWARD ON MY BEHALF?
Yes and No. You can authorize someone else to pick up your trophy, but we do not permit acceptance remarks on behalf of non-attending honorees due to program length.

YES! Nominees may be nominated (and win) multiple times, in multiple years. Each year’s entries are judged discreetly.

ABSOLUTELY YES! In fact, nominees are encouraged to submit their applications in multiple categories. Each category is judged discreetly and discounted pricing applies to your 2nd category and beyond.
🌏 CAN INTERNATIONAL NOMINEES ENTER AND WIN?
YES! The program is open to national and international nominees. We’ve had Top Women from all over the U.S., Canada, South America, EMEA, and APAC. Top Women know no geographical boundaries!
🧑🎤 IS THERE A REQUIRED SENIORITY LEVEL TO ENTER OR WIN?
NO. The Top Women in Media & Ad Tech program honors rock star women at every stage of their careers! Please see category descriptions to determine where you or your nominee may fit best. We have Up & Comers for more junior stars, and we have categories for executives and even C-suite nominees.
