Frank is responsible for advancing AudienceScience’s privacy principles though its products and relationships with consumers and partners in the online advertising ecosystem. His in-depth knowledge of the space is invaluable for the leadership position that AudienceScience holds in the participation of industry initiatives focused on furthering the efficiency, transparency and growth of online advertising. Frank currently sits on the board of the Network Advertising Initiative.

Frank has two decades of experience in marketing and product management of technology products in the areas of Internet software, mobile and wireless communication, and online marketing. He has held management positions at Quarterdeck Corporation, Xircom, Inc., Intel Corporation, and ValueClick, Inc. Frank is a graduate of UCLA and has a MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

As SVP, Digital Director, Technology Activation Group, Julian Zilberbrand oversees the implementation and reporting of digital campaigns for clients across the SMG network. In this role, he leads training on buying, planning, trafficking and billing tools for all digital staff, and manages digital and technology vendor relationships. In addition, Julian has helped lead and oversee the development of the Digital Mediabank platform throughout the entire Starcom MediaVest Group network.
Before joining MediaVest in 2004, Julian held Product Specialist and Client Service Specialist roles at rich media technology provider Eyeblaster, and developed the company’s Eyeblaster University training program. Earlier in his career, he worked at Doubleclick as a Project Manager and Technical Analyst, where he balanced product engineering and operational roles while providing support for clients on rich media, third party ad serving and campaign reporting.

As Vice President, Ad Operations, Avi Brown leads Break Media’s ad operations team and oversees the delivery and optimization of all ad campaigns across the Break Media Network and properties. He provides the Break Media sales team with technical guidance and works closely with Break’s product team on the development of exciting new ad products that span from traditional rich media and in-stream executions, to custom interactive takeovers, mobile placements and most recently, 3D creative. Avi is also the driving force in defining the product requirements for Break Media’s new platform-agnostic ad server, Apex. Avi is a member of the IAB Ad Operations Council, IAB Digital Video Committee, and the Google Video Ads Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Break Media in 2008, Avi led the ad operations team at Buzznet (now BUZZMEDIA) and was responsible for the company’s remnant monetization strategy. Earlier in his career, he was Director, Online Marketing, at the non-profit organization Positive Television. Avi is also a Berklee College of Music educated musician and enjoys playing experimental and jazz music in his spare time.
