Leadership Forum US VIII

AdMonsters Leadership Forum, held twice a year, brings together the most senior members from across the online ad operations community for a day of workshops, member-led presentations, and peer-certified best practice recommendations. This forum is truly a meeting of the minds for those leading operations online.
AdMonsters Leadership Forum includes senior ad operations members from agencies, advertising networks, publishers, portals, and technical and services providers. This expanded breadth of participants aims to accelerate the shift of ‘above the line’ ad spend to online while at the same time helping the entire industry manage the increasing volume and complexity of online advertising.
Attendees are carefully vetted for both seniority within their organization as well as experience in the online ad industry. Typical attendees are senior directors of operations or higher and have 5+ years in the industry. If you fit this profile and lead ad operations, trafficking, media buying, or technical creative development for an online agency or media owner, AdMonsters Leadership forum will be an invaluable tool for you.

The Leadership Forum is a key opportunity to meet your peers and to engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis and problem-solving with the leaders in online ad operations across the industry. These events focus on both short-term tactical solutions, as well as some of the longer-term industry wide challenges that continually arise.

The registration fee includes the forum itself, breakfast and lunch as well as the cocktail reception and dinner with the event sponsors following the event.

Based on past attendance, we expect Leadership Forum US VIII to sell out. Please register as early as possible to secure your place at this event.

Agenda

Keynote: Monty Mullig, Managing Partner, Digital Valence, LLC

Monty Mullig The ‘Dechannelization’ of Video: The Evolution of the Internet and TV

Video for the Internet and television continues to quickly evolve as the benefits of digital content creation begin to be realized. The ability to distribute digital video has started to change the way we look at the Internet and television as separate channels and it will certainly impact the way agencies and advertisers look to deliver their marketing messages with video content. This is certainly the case as the promise of addressable television which will bring Internet like advertising to television continues to develop. Additionally, as video production costs continue to drop, a new class of cheaper professional video will emerge and will provide new opportunities for advertising.

Drawing on his experiences of over 20 years in digital media technologies, Monty Mullig’s keynote presentation will focus on these trends with video content and on the opportunities for ad operations teams at both the agency and publisher levels with this video content evolution. All of these changes in video will shake up our understanding of video advertising inventory and create challenges for ad operations leaders as well as new revenue opportunities.
