Hayley Romer, Associate Publisher of The Atlantic, recently joined the company from Condé Nast, where she served as Executive Director of Corporate Sales. Her key responsibilities are to oversee The Atlantic’s integrated sales team and to help the team continue to lead in developing innovative custom marketing partnerships across multiple platforms. Prior to leading The Atlantic’s sales efforts, Romer managed an integrated team on Condé Nast’s corporate partnerships with accounts ranging from finance to luxury to fashion. In this role, Romer helped to nearly double key corporate partnership revenue in two years. Her performance as a top seller earned her the coveted Conde Nast Media Group’s Sales Person of the Year award two years in a row (2011 and 2010).
