Operations Manager:
We are looking for a methodical, detail-oriented and proactive person to work within our Operations department – this team is responsible for driving optimal execution for our company’s platinum accounts. The Operations Manager will analyze our advertiser’s campaigns and implement optimizations to improve campaign performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical self-starter to apply that experience to the rapidly growing Online Advertising industry. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, handle accounts for some of the industry’s largest advertisers, and create processes that will affect the entire operations team.

Qualifications: • Expert-level Excel skills
• 2-4 years of digital operations experience (trafficking, optimization, campaign management, data analytics)
• Strong knowledge of CTR, CPA and other media metrics
• Experience with retargeting/3rd party data campaigns (such as BlueKai)
• Experience with Rich Media (Flash, Pre-roll, Eyewonder)
• Experience with Vizu, Comscore, Double Verify is a plus
• Experience working with different ad servers, such as Atlas/DART, etc.
• Proven customer service skills • Great organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HTML is a plus
• Experience troubleshooting minor pixel problems, knowledge of Fiddler is plus
