We are currently seeking a deadline-driven and detail-oriented Ad Traffic Manager to join our Ad Operations team. This individual will focus on the implementation and support of advertising delivery, management, targeting and quality assurance using custom sponsorship tools and DoubleClick’s suite of products (DART for Publishers, DART Sales Manager, DART Small Business).
Core Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day execution of display advertising campaigns
· Support one or more Account Managers in executing sold campaigns and ensuring they meet contractual requirements
· Work with internal departments to manage in-house creative deliverables
· Traffic ad tags, tracking codes, and rich media elements into multiple ad serving systems
· Provide ongoing quality assurance of custom sponsorships
· Produce scheduled and ad-hoc inventory and performance-based reporting as needed
· Work with the DSM proposal system and internal project tracker to monitor campaign workflow from post-sale to conclusion
· Support additional Ad Ops’ initiatives as needed including inventory management, behavioral targeting, analytics, remnant partners, etc.
A successful Traffic Manager will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high tech environment within a rapidly growing company. They must be professional, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Technical aptitude; ability to learn new programs quickly
· 3+ years’ working with commercial ad server (DFP, OAS, Yield Manager) or equivalent
· Experience with video ad servers (Ooyala, Brightcove) and/or other rich media platforms a plus
· Working knowledge of HTML
· Familiarity with Flash, javascript
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent time management and analytical skills
