Description:
- Set up, modify, and manage ad serving system including tagging and targeting schematic as new partners are added, and company and product offerings change.
- Oversight of the scheduling, production and implementation of all online advertising campaigns to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Advise/consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell-thru reporting.
- Liaise with Production, Sales, Marketing and Audience Development regarding planning, prioritization, scheduling and delivery of campaigns. Communicate with internal teams and clients on performance, reporting.
- Responsible for clients’ needs by analyzing data, preparing recommendations and performing periodic optimizations to further increase success rate and future business
- Implement optimization efforts throughout a campaign; manage delivery, testing, and trafficking of all ad creative.
- Interface with production, ad solutions, and sales teams to coordinate new ad packages, sponsorships, and ad options being offered.
- Supply Finance team with scheduled projection and delivery reports and end of the month reporting.
- Support creative/technical related inquiries by customers.
- Oversight of the QA process, including screening all incoming creative to uphold content restrictions and quality assure all booked advertisements.
Requirements:
- 5 years hands-on experience working with an online ad operations team using the DART (DFP) Internet ad serving systems
- Comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics: conversions, target CPA's, etc.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including: 1) Various forms of online creative formats and related code, 2) Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types, and 3) Astute knowledge working with rich media ad trafficking including video streaming, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills
- Strong project management and communication skills
- BA/BS College degree required
