Hi Todd ~
Reading this forum, posting specific questions and attending AdMonsters events will certainly help. There are a variety of LinkedIn groups for Ad Ops, but I think you will find this to be your go-to resource.
Cheers ~
Melissa
Hi Todd,
You can check the glossary for the terms used in the industry.

Hi Ben,
I'll be doing a lot of liaising and reporting for our clients, accounting and client services. There seems to be a lot of unfamiliar technological terminology and acronyms.
Hopefully this is enough to garner some wisdom from you experienced admonsters.

Hi Todd,
Can you give us all a bit more information on where you sit in your organization? Are you a trafficker, an inventory / yield management person, a billing / reporting person, something else? I think starting there will help folks give you a relevant answer.
