Verification Vendor Policies

For the publishers out there, what types of guidelines and restrictions are you placing on campaigns/creative that utilize verification vendors (DoubleVerify, AdXpose, etc.)?

As an analytics provider my view is more of a positive one. Instead of thinking about what you want to restrict, why not proactively choose a provider a verify every impression for your advertisers? You know what you're getting and they are happy because you are proactively meeting their needs.
