Troubleshooting Conversion Discrepancies

Hi guys -

We are seeing some pretty big discrepancies between the conversions that our pixels are reporting and what the client's floodlight tags are reporting (our conversions are 40-50% higher than the agency sees)

Anyone have tips or suggestions on how to most effectively investigate and troubleshoot conversion discrepancies?
