Trafficking Sub-sites/pop-unders in DFP using Custom Templates

Hi,

We've been having a number of issues attempting to get sub-sites, or pop-under campaigns to behave correctly in any browser other than IE when trafficking through DFP, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has looked into developing custom templates that allow some kind of browser detection.

We're currently serving subsites to IE, Chrome and Firefox however they only "pop-under" in IE where as in both of the remaining browsers, they "pop-over" the active window.

Have any of you come across a similar issue, and how have you worked around it?

Anny help would be appreciated!
