Switching to Mocean

Thinking of switching to mobile platform mocean for app serving needs we have multiple apps and a lot of custom targeting. I know mocean has really two levels of site and zone then comes custom targeting. for lay out was thinking of using

site- for name of apps (ex site1=app1 site 2 = app2 etc)
zone - this would equal ad size( zone1=320x50 top zone2=320x50 bottom etc.)
Custom value targeting - this would be any custom valuse in the apps for content that we would want to target we would pass

Thoughts on this as a set up? any suggestions/
