Remnant Ad Network evaluation

How do you choose a remnant network?

Most of the feedback I read is from smaller, inexperienced sites. There also isn't much structure in how they are compared/reviewed.

I'm trying a Google doc with listing of ad networks.

Perhaps with some type of scoring for eCPM, channel conflict, payment, reliable tech, service...

Anyone interested in comparing notes on it? It may save us a few days in evaluation testing.
