Primary drivers of cost to serve at Publisher

Hi all,

I'm looking for some insight into primary drivers of the cost to serve (excluding sales costs, purely focused on execution)

Obvious ones I can think of are:
 Ad server costs
 Ad server customer support(?) --> Is this driven by use or included overall?
 Ad ops team time allocation
 Production (creative)

Am I missing other obvious drivers?
