Display - US IP Targetting : ADTECH vs DFA

We use ADTECH as our display ad server and our company has a global portfolio of publisher sites.
Our instance of ADTECH is based out of Germany and is not a US instance of ADTECH - http://adserver.adtech.de
Recently we have had a number of US agencies complain that their US IP targeted campaigns are being delivered outside US IPs based on their figures from DFA.
The issue has been reported across more than 1 website and more than 1 advertiser / agency
Has anyone else experienced reporting geo reporting discrepancies between ADTECH and DFA in US or other countries?
I appreciate there may be some differences but the magnitude of the discrepancies US agencies are reporting to us are too great to be insignificant

Hi Ronan,
I too use AdTech, but the solution is post launch after 2 days, you need to pull reports - impressions, clicks, all tracking?, Geo report, etc. whether banners are clickable or zero clicks? And most importantly you need to check discrepancy with your advertiser etc. Anyways this is the time to catch any fires. if any issues, fix it next two days and leave it for the rest of flight time.....thats how we control fires.
But end of the campaign, if out of geo, discrepancy between advertiser count and our numbers? click tracking problem and all click gone blank etc. such problems can not be fixed.
