DFP Premium and Salesforce

Hi,

Has anyone gone through a DFP Premium intergration with Salesforce? If so then how did it go and what issues did you find (specific to Premium)?

We're integrating DFP Legacy and SF. We figured it was worth reviewing Premium again but wanted info on any pitfalls/advantages specific to that?
