DFP Premier vs. Yield Managers

For any of you DFP users who have made the migration to DFP Premier, I am interested in your opinions as to how useful you are finding the upgrade as it relates to inventory management. Specifically I know they have added features that enable the user to see competing ads. Are you finding this useful or is it still very limited because you can not easily see the impact different inventory decisions you make will have? How does this compare with any yield managers you have looked at?
